No, they are trolling for tax dollars and sympathy from guilt ridden collectivist over those evil white conservative capitalist who have oppressed the blacks of their welfare privileges.
What better way to carry out their extortion racket and ask for a pay raise then at a funeral for a wife of a civil rights activist.
