We must start understanding that these people do not hate Bush, that is not their agenda. They hate him because they see their socialist efforts of many years being thwarted, Bush simply represents the real America that they have been fighting against. You are wrong. They do hate Bush. Not only because he is a visible symbol for America--which as you correctly surmise--they despise. But they also have a personal hatred of him that reflects on the ugliness in their souls.

I just think it's a silly rivalry thing that they gotten themselves wrapped up in. It's too shallow to be called hate. It would not matter which Republican was in there they would respond the same way. It's not personal it's just business.
