Hope the Justice Department extends this to include certain Senators and their staffers

The last report I heard was that the Senators and staffers were going to be asked to take a polygraph test. If they refuse to take the test, their security clearances will be stripped immediately.

Was "witch hunt" a part of the title? If it is it's interesting how the media would qualify this as a possible witch hunt and the Plame "outing" as a matter for a special prosecuter. Do you think there's some bias in their thinking? Nah, couldn't be!

I had heard somewhere, probably on here that DOJ was conducting polygraphs for at staffers of at least three senators that include: Wyden, Rockefeller, and Durbin.
Gee, what if a sitting US Senator is indicted in this incident?

"... but one former intelligence officer called the new warning a "witch hunt.""
Funny, isn't it? All of these negative stories about finding the leakers use anonymous "former" officers as sources.

Yes, it's a "witch hunt" and when they catch "the witches" they should execute them in the public square, unless they weigh less than a duck.

ABC MEDIA BIAS:NSA LEAK INVESTIGATION = "WITCH HUNT"
PLAME 'NON-CRIME OF NON-STORY OF NON-AGENT = "WATERGATE"
The Leakers of the NSA Program are traitors who are aiding our enemies. These people need to be brought to justice. The pro-terrorist allies at ABC should no better, but they are biased liars.

LOL! I swear the MSM is embarrassingly predictable. *Heroic Whistleblowers*=Republicans caught. *Witch Hunt*=Democrats caught.
One day they are going to need us to believe them.

Now who is ABC's analyst on matters like this?
"but one former intelligence officer called the new warning a "witch hunt." Guaranteed they are one and the same = Richard Clarke

"one former intelligence officer called the new warning a "witch hunt."
Every leftist weasel scumbag has been hiding behind whining about a "witch hunt" whenever any serious effort is made about security. ABC is not biased, no not at all..... the phrase "witch hunt" is disparaging and dismissive, implying that what's being sought does not exist, that the investigation is an episode of mass hysteria. But in fact there is no question that there are snivelling weasels who have been leaking (the "witch" or "witches"), it's just that the MSM has its "good leakers" who serve the leftist agenda and "bad leakers" (i.e., anyone who might oppose or undermine the leftist agenda). Let's hope Porter Goss is serious and that there's a lot more going on than just an email about possible lie-detector tests.........

What crap. A "witch hunt" is a blame-hunting expedition looking for something that doesn't exist. Obviously, the leaks really do exist. And since ABC is probably party to one side of the leaks, they damn well know it.

You know i hate to say this but The folks in the media haven't learned by Sept 11th. And the damage that has been done to our national security by this anti of outing the NSA is just down right treason in my opinion.
I heard on the radio that the second the story broke the cell phone calls to the terrorist dropped swiftly and dramatically just the same as how Osama stopped using his phone when they plastered that head line.
Bottom line is. I hope in the next terror attack, its the people that compromised our security that are hurt and not more innocent people. Its just a shame that they are so driven by hatred that they can't see the forrest though the trees.
