I had heard somewhere, probably on here that DOJ was conducting polygraphs for at staffers of at least three senators that include: Wyden, Rockefeller, and Durbin.
Gee, what if a sitting US Senator is indicted in this incident?
My money is on Rockefeller considering the "plan" he had outlined in a memo to get the GOP and the NSA memo addressing this issue that he "conveniently" had in his safe when this broke.
