A solid plan, better than any being offered by our gov, NATO, UN, EU, etc. to win this war we did not start but would like to finish within this decade. It could be done in a weeks time if we were serious.

Short of genocide or another holocaust there does need to be a program similar in nature to de-nazification. Militant Islam must cease to exist as anything other than an historical foot note. Whether this takes a coercive reformation or mass conversion to another faith it has to be done. This is not a new concept. The ancestors of all current Muslims were forcefully converted to Islam, I don't consider the status quo an acceptable condition.
