yep.... I dont' have a dog in this fight.... Neither do I but it has been so obvious who the media is cheering for and it looks like the NFL wants to give Pittsburgh the game too.
It's sad, really. I wanted a good game but I want a team to win because they're better, not because the refs call TDs that aren't and holding calls that aren't.

Let's be honest. It's FIXED. Could be, The Steelers seem to be the darlings of the NFL front office tonight.

I liked the Bud "horses" commercial, too. But most of the commercials are blah. It's all TV shows and upcoming films. And Gillette rasors!
They screamed about a "wardrobe malfunction" two years ago. But the tasteless commercials on tonite--the woman ending up on the man's lap on the airplane, the woman saying "I work with a bunch of jackasses", some stupid "Go Daddy" commercial with a stripper...all that seems to stretch the bounds of good taste for a family audience.

What you said! I've never liked the insulting of the other team's fans part of these threads.
Looks like Pittsburgh gets #5, and joins Dallas and the 49ers. Congratulations. Off to get some dinner, 'bye, all!

We are now seeing the effects of relativity. Time is stretching out, perhaps to infinity. The one hour of the game is now approaching four hours on the relativistic clock.

Why do you say cheating is even involved? Maybe some poor reffing.

Holding happens on every play, everybody knows that. The question is did the hold EFFECT the play, and in this case the hold kept the defender from the QB allowing him to make a pass we otherwise wouldn't have, so the hold needed to be called.
On that play, I saw steelers (the one 'held') offsides, then the hold.... I was calling offsides before the pass was even made. Again, I have no stakes, just the worst calls I've seen in awhile....
