Arab-European League will launch Cartoon campaign (first one denying Holocaust)

After the lectures that Arabs and Muslims received from Europeans on Freedom of Speech and on Tolerance. And after that many European newspapers republished the Danish cartoons on the Prophet Mohammed. AEL decided to enter the cartoon business and to use our right to artistic expression.
Just like the newspapers in Europe claim that they only want to defend the freedom of speech and do not desire to stigmatise Muslims,we also do stress that our cartoons are not meant as an offence to anybody and ought not to be taken as a statement against any group, community or historical fact.
If it is the time to break Taboos and cross all the red lines, we certainly do not want to stay behind.

Difference is we may object to unfavorable depictions of Christ, etc., but we won't burn down buildings or cut off the heads of the offenders.

Obviously the cartoon is offensive, but I don't think any Jews are going to be burning down Arab nation embassies, threatening to kill anyone who denies the Holocaust, or rioting in the streets.

I bet when OBL ordered the 9/11 attacks he never thought his Jihad would in part become the Cartoon War.
But then again I bet he never figured on a lot of things!

Dear AEL: I respect and defend your right to publish these cartoons.
I still think the point of view expressed by them is hideous and evil, but I respect your right to display your ignorance to the entire world.

Keep it up idiots, you're just digging your own graves.

P.S.
That is how you handle a cartoon that is offensive to you. Don't threaten, don't burn, don't kill.

Several years ago there was a website "The Temple of Black Jesus" that just about offended everyone. The owner had to take it down after death threats and other suggestions made to him through Email. Even tho disgusting as it was, The man expressed his view point in a satirical manner. If they go after cartoons and satire and "forbid" the display of that satire (good or evil)...what's next?

P.S. That is how you handle a cartoon that is offensive to you. Don't threaten, don't burn, don't kill. Yep.
They're just like bratty little children, 'cause there's two things they can't stand:
Making fun of them, and ignoring them
They'll draw a few ugly cartoons then get all P.O.'d because no one reacts.
