The Constitution may outline and give us Liberties, but it is the Military that bleeds and dies to protect that Constitution to ensure it keeps granting us liberties.
Idiots like Rall would laud the ACLU for their efforts, not realizing through blind hatred that all they wish to do is rob us of Liberties. If they ever did realize it, it is the Military they would call on and expect to fight and die to reinstate Liberty.
Sanctimonious morons like Rall don't have a clue as to the meaning of devotion to duty, honor or country. If only we could give him the Constitution without the historical Military protection of it and let him and other looney left moonbats see just where their liberty is owed.

Ted Rall, in addition to happily giving aid and comfort to the enemy(yes, an honest-to-badness betrayer of his country, and happy of it), is also a coward. From his email "guidlines":
I do not respond to threatening, obscene or completely negative (i.e., nothing but criticism) emails. This permits me to spend more time doing something constructive, like corresponding with people who understand and appreciate what I do.
Translation: I am a Big Puss and wont even attempt to explain or defend myself, unless it's on tv. And then only in a controlled setting. I only preach to the choir, thanks.

What an idiot. The Constitution doesn't "grant" us any rights. The Constitution states our rights are God given, and limits the power of the government to infringe on those God-given rights. This moron obviously can't even read. And his claim that Jefferson (Jefferson?) "gave" us those rights? Where in the holy heck did that stupid idea come from? He's not worth one soldier's spit.

There was a thread at DU a while back wherein they were ranting about the idea that the military protects the freedom of speech. They had the idea that it was the reporters and newsies who do that.
The Ralls and DUers of the world are certifiably and willfully ignorant.

If someone isn't there to sock the Mooses in their geopolitical nose when they go rabid, then what do we get? Does Rall think we'd be better off, freedomwise, with Sharia?
To: infoguy
Ted Rall should die in an Al-Qaeda kidnapping...a long and painful death suffered at the hands of Muslims with dull swords.
Hey Ted...don't take offense big guy...just exercising my right to free speech.

It certainly isn't because of Ted Rall. If journalism is a punchbowl, he's the turd. An oversized one at that.

Actually, neither
gave us free speech.
The Constitution ennumerates freedom of speech as a right, and the Officers and enlisted personnel of the military are sworn to protect and defend that right, as part of the Constitution.

This sorry excuse for a human obviously overlooked the fact that had our MILITARY not defeated the British, we would not have had the Constitution in the first place. And were it not for the brave military heroes of WWII, we would all be speaking German and have had our Constitution shredded!

Rall is a maggot infested pos with zero talent. Our first grader grand daughter can draw better than he can and print better.
The only reason Rall and Toles have jobs is the MSM pays them to do their hate GW, Christians and military hit stuff posing as political cartoons.

By the way, if Rall's comments weren't sad enough, co-host Alan Colmes claimed that the Joint Chiefs' letter to the Washington Post was "intimidating" and that there was a "chill of intimidation that goes right down the spine of the First Amendment." Ah, so you should be allowed to express your opinion but the JCS should not be allowed to criticize your opinion. Free speech for me but not for thee.

I don't know this Rall person at all; have not seen his work (that I know of). Yet, I'm willing to bet, in that brief segment of H&C, he had more good things to say about our Founding Fathers and about the constitution they created, than has escaped his slimy little mouth during the whole of the rest of his miserable existence.
