I'd be happy to forward one to you, because I think I've have seven hundred copies of it in my email inbox. Oh, and I got one a couple of weeks ago about how Splenda is also bad for you also. Chlorine or something. Can't remember. Frankly...don't care.
I am actually addicted to Diet Coke. If I go cold turkey, I'm out for a couple of days while I go through withdrawals. I am trying to taper off slowly (again) because I KNOW water is much, much better for me. I just like Diet Coke and look forward to it. So...sue me (or someone I guess.)
I wish these busy bodies would just leave us all alone. Sigh. I would LOVE to know how much they actually enjoy life.
For some reason your comment reminded me of when I was a kid and my mother used to make us a drink a whole glass of water before she let us have tonic (soft drink for non-New Englanders), so we wouldn't be gulping it to quench thirst, just sipping it for the flavor.
