Fully fourty percent of this country did not hate Bill's guts then. We always hear about Hillary being named to those "Most Admired Women In America" lists, but she also always makes the opposite list too. Even today, Bill has never been as polarizing as Hillary. A better comparison to Bill is Bush, who had no chance until the SC primary.
