The rebate program is good if it is funded and the liberals don't plunder the money for other causes. With Arnie pushing it and W hinting that he's in favor of alternative energy, odds are the program will be funded.

Other sources of energy are also covered and when the sun doesn't shine the wind often blows. If you are lucky there will even be a live stream nearby. With the rebates, a $25,000. system might cost you less than $10,00 and it just keeps paying for itself.

I really don't like being without power. I don't need to live a 21st Century lifestyle but I would hate to go back to the 19th Century.
