Life is clearly not fair, is it. I will be saying that very same thing if the DemocRATs do as they have done in the past and take these revenues to fund other causes.

Either way you and I will get taxed against our will but, hopefully, I will have the ability to pump up water and keep food cold the next time the power goes out for long periods.

You would probably feel better about it if you tell yourself at least the money won't go to the CTA.
