It amazes me how some folks around here don't have a clue.
The guy can have all the conservative ratings he wants on votes.
THAT WILL HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS JOB AS MAJORITY LEADER!
He has to push the agenda now. Indicating that he will give and take shows that he will cave.
HIS VOTES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW HE WILL DO AS MAJORITY LEADER.
Its how he sets committees and raises funds. And how he will stand up to the other side.
Again...AN OLIVE BRANCH?
