Does this mean I get a free F-16 when I buy my next AR-15?

Look for a 21st century AR from GD coming down the pike soon. Just wonder how fast the venerable (CTRL)(ALT)(DEL) key will reboot a crashed gun faster in a real battle scenario!!! SIGH....

Is GD still a American company or did the Chinese buy it?

Colt's Defense only went public last June. It's possible they have been bought, but there is nothing on their website to so indicate.

The two parts of Colt split into separate companies in 2002.

Nothing on the GD website about this either. Sounds like: Rumor, unconfirmed, likely false, to me.

I'm thinking--they bought the Colts' defense but not the offense? Has Peyton Manning's stock fallen that far that fast?
