Yes but the guy is alive and should recover. Its attempted murder. The cop deserves to serve the maximum. The vast majority of cops are honest, hard working public servants. Scumbags like him make their jobs a lot harder.
LEO in calif don't have onboard cam's yet, the state has not given the money out for the cam's yet
