How's Nana tonight? Hope she's begun to eat something. Hi! I guess it's update time... Nana's eating, but it ain't hospital food! I brought her her favorite salad (Sesame Chicken) for lunch, and her sister brought a bowl of soup from The Outback for dinner. The hospital food is okay - to me - but I don't eat it every day for lunch!
Her doctors are both very pleased with her progress. The surgeon will remove the wraps tomorrow, and if all is well, release her on Friday. The internist is going to monitor her hemoglobin to make sure the coumadin is set right. He expects Friday is going to be the day, too.
She hasn't used any painkiller since lunchtime today, and has been able to walk down the hall a couple of times already. They have her on a passive flexion machine, and she has been bending to 85o on it. So far, it's all good news...y'all's prayers are being answered in spades.

Wow, Jinxy! She's just blowing through this on this one. I guess knowing what is going on makes a big difference. And bringing her "real" food probably helps a lot too!
Yes...prayers are being answered...they are very powerful.

Pittsburgh is a 3 1/2 point favorite. If you bet on the Steelers they have to win by four or more for you to win the bet.
My statement was that I don't think Pittsburgh will cover, which is to say if they win I think it will be by less than four points.

Hmmm, I won't underestimate Seattle but have had good luck with Pittsburgh. No opinion yet. Couple days to decide...hate to give Seattle points...
