Well Reagan Man, I remember that guys like you 20 years ago were whining and moaning how Reagan was running up an 'astronomical' budget deficit, how Reagan didn't abolish even one government agency, how Reagan was surrounded by one-world order establishment insiders, how Reagan didn't nominate a fire-breathing conservative to the SCOTUS, and on and on.

I'm willing to bet that if this was 20 years ago, you'd be calling yourself Goldwater Man and posting how you are not sending any money because Reagan doing the things above.

There was something about Reagan and his dealings with the Soviets during his second term on TV the other day. The day after a big banquet for Reagan and Gorbachev (I forget where it was held), George Will had a column saying that the date of that banquet would be remembered as the day the U.S. lost the Cold War.

I'm a guy like "you [ReaganMan]" and I believe you are mistaken or deliberately lying. I never heard one Reagan supporter say that. Democrats said that. Republicans bitched about O'Neill and minions breaking deals and going wild on spending. We were fighting to keep the tax cuts.

That is just one of the most deceptive characterizations I've read on this site, which has a lot of them.

Don't, you'd lose. For starters, you don't know me at all. In 1986 the deficit was coming down, welfare entitlement and non-security discretionary spending had been reduced and Reagan nominated a solid conservative to the SC by the name of, Antonin Scalia. And the GOP ws getting my donations. Life was good.
