Yep, "don't tell me what you do, just bring home the bacon!"
But I don't think of that as being a "Society Girl": I just think it's basic self-centeredness which cuts across all demographics. How could someone get to her level of "job" and not understand how so many things work in the real world. Amazes me.
Her Socialist Brother at least knew that much. Hmph. Maybe she was "spoiled".
She got her job because of Daddy. Audrey hobnobs with Washington elites because of Daddy. Maybe that, more than anything, turned me off the character.
"Bring back a Nina! "
Did you see the last few seconds of the preview for next week????....I saw some dark hair coming up for behind the bed......My wife and I yelled.. NIIIIIIIINNNNNNAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!......Dont know for sure, but it could be...
Perhaps she'll run off with Redhead's son. They'll be raising the be Jack Bauer Dittohead revolution among the young and upcoming, and restless. :)
Nina really truly is dead. But it could be Mandy.
And this time she's really po'd? lol
I dunno, I could see 24 as propaganda as well.
Hmm. Maybe that's supposed to interest the liberal femmes who love terrorists? ?
Trying to make federal agents mainstream? Um. No.
And then Chloe comes out of nowhere and blows her away with an M4...
LOL Self-centered society babe.
Mandy?? Jigger my brain here, pls.
Mandy took Tony hostage last season. Poisoned Pres Palmer by shaking his hand, blewup a plane.......she's a terrorist for hire.
Really? How much? I seem to have missed it.....well, to help you out, here is some info for you. BTW, biggest per theater average in history is designed to pull the wool over your eyes considering the movie was targeted specifically at communities and theaters with high populations of homosexuals and lesbians who of course flocked (no pun intended) to the showings.
The real test of its attractiveness will be when it is shown in the heartland and red states, if it ever is.
$22 million in the U.S. and Canada as of 1/8/06 is a bust!
Currently Brokeback Mountain is being shown in 483 theaters in the United States and will go into wide release with 700 theaters on January 13, 2006.
"Brokeback Mountain saw limited release in the United States on December 9, 2005 (in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco), taking $547,425 in just five theaters in its first weekend.
According to several sources, including TV Guide and indiewire , this was the highest per-showing average for any drama in film history.
Over the Christmas weekend it posted the highest per theater gross of any movie and was lauded as a box office success not only in urban centers such as New York City and Los Angeles, but in suburban theaters near Portland, Dallas, Denver, and Atlanta.
On January 7, 2006, the movie opened to its widest screening yet, moving from 269 theaters since January 1 to 483.
In doing so it took in its largest one-day gross to date at $ 1.7 million in the U.S. However, the film's total box office receipts are relatively low due to the limited number of theaters it is showing on.
As of January 8, 2006 "Brokeback Mountain" has earned a total of $22.4 million in the United States and Canada
Focus Features, the movie's distributor, is planning to release the film to several hundred or more screens in North America by the end of January 2006.
According to boxofficemojo.com Brokeback Mountain will go into wide release with 700 theaters on January 13, 2006."
She's probably out marching with the anti-war protestors.. mingling.. and awaiting her moment.
Yep. She could do a comeback. As I recall, she got jail time. And is probably out already vis a vis Sheehan.
I think Mandys "deal" was a pardon.
Do you remember jonny?
Do you remember jonny?
Yeah, I think it was a pardon. She blackmailed the president with the information she had.
Nina is so dead. Jack made sure of that :)
