Neither did I. It's amazing how something like this gets blown out of proportion.
I have to admit my spine got a little tight when Cummins was using the "I'm a patriot" excuse for his treason. It's exactly what the left thinks the right is all about, using "patriotism" to justify treason.
I didn't mind Tony and Michelle because somehow it fit with their work setting. But Audrey interferes with Jacks work. I was looking forward to Jack nailing Walt and she calls him, "Do you still love me? sniff sniff". Twit. The ONLY female on that show with ANY smarts is Chloe and now, maybe the Flotus.
Without exaggerating, Chloe might be the best (and most interesting) female character on TV. The FLOTUS is right behind her :) Can't wait to see how she handles Logan.
Michelle was a character that I considered "normal". The only other women on 24 that were interesting were Sherry and Nina. Mandy is a caricature I think. Most "TV women" aren't interesting. I agree with you that Chloe is one of TVs best characters. I believe kudos go to the actress as much, if not more, than to the writers.
Oh! And I think the Flotus is going to eat that little weasel alive! LOL
