Contrary to what your type believe, American pressure on Israel has little to nothing to do with financial aid. It is much more insidious. It has to do with the catastrophic results to Israel if American political protection was removed from potential International sanctions.
Perhaps. I used the term "alleged" U.S. pressure because I strongly suspect that Israel is vacating those areas for their own reasons -- but needs the U.S. to stand in as "the bad guy who made us do this" in order to minimize the political fallout in Israel.
