I call the State to report them, they act like I'm just jealous of the success of the competitors, and being petty. I doubt if they've ever responded.
The States have to get involved too. This is not just a federal problem. It's funny how we on FR tend to want to empower the States....unless it's about illegal immigration. Then we want to blame the President. Do you really think the congress is ready to work with him on this issue? They gleefully applauded when Bush mentioned the defeat of Social Security reform.
The action need to be more swift and more aggressive than waiting for congress to support the President on illegal immigration.
Many of us here have called upon the states to take care of the illegal immigrant problem, since the Federal Gov. has abdicated its responsibility.
