I don't give a hoot about the politics of an actor. I know, I'm alone in this, but I simply don't see the point. There was a time in this country -- not that very long ago -- when folks folks didn't judge an actor by his/her politics.
That was the time when the actors and actresses did not force their politics upon the public at large.
Now they seek to be extensions of the DNC and advocates for Marxism and Socialism.
You're not alone in this, by any means. A good performance is a good performance. I seem to have ruined Monty Clift for someone this afternoon, but I think he's great.
That's because back in that time most actors kept their politics to themselves.
