Someone should clue in Carl Limbacher (I think he does post here, but I do not know what his screen name is.) Cindy should NEVER be referred to as a Gold Star mother. That organization does not recognize her and despises her politicizing antics. Cindy *founded* the Gold Star Families for Peace organization, which is a far cry from the American Gold Star organization founded in 1928.

I hate this war as much as anyone, and she has my sincere sympathy for her loss, as do all the families that have suffered, both here and in Iraq, in this godforsaken conflict.
But she does not speak for me. When she pulls publicity stunts, she is not representative of THIS Democrat, and I know that there are many others who feel similarly.
So, you hear me, mainstream media?
Do NOT attempt to tar all Democrats because of the actions of one person.
She is ONE person, acting as she sees fit, and she has every right to speak out, even with civil disobedience, if she deems it necessary.
But that is HER decision. And the consequences for her actions should be HERS alone.
She DOES NOT SPEAK FOR ME.
And this is my comment...."Go Cindy Go!!"
So did I, and it brought tears to my eyes, like it happened yesterday. Now I'm watching "The Last Hour of Flight 11." It's going to be tough to watch it too. I don't know if I'll ever be able to watch it without tearing up.

IMHO, the capitol police played right into her hands. She got arrested and the publicity she wanted, and what will the spin be? That she was arrested for wearing the wrong t-shirt. It would have been better to let her wear her t-shirt and ignore her.
I can't find the law that states you can't protest inside the Senate or Capital grounds. Anybody?
Hence Hillary's plantation "faux pas" which I believe was scripted.
