Certificate #1 says "This is to certify that this Flag of the United States of America was flown over the Headquarters, Camp *******, Kuwait, on the 15th day of January in the Year of the Lord Two Thousand Six."

Certificate #2 says "This is to certify that the flag of the United States of America was flown over the Headquarters, Camp *******, Kuwait on the 15th day of January, 2006. In recognition of Mary ***** for her faithful support, time and efforts of SPC Evan ***** .It is greatly appreciated and is a credit to you and the people of the United States of America. We present this certificate in appreciation for your support of soldiers deployed overseas and your patriotism." Both are signed by the BSB-North Commander and BSB-North CSM.
