WELCOMEThere are 1375 Parties nationwide, and WE are the biggest and the best! Tonight, President Bush, in his STATE of the UNION speech, will discuss America's leadership in the world and share his vision to lead America forward. To seize opportunities here at home, the President will outline the policies needed for the American people to continue to compete in the global economy.
Earlier today, the President sat with Supreme Court nominee, Samuel Alito in the Roosevelt Room at the White House, and watched the Senate confirmation vote as they approved his nomination 58-42, fulfilling one of President Bush's most significant campaign pledges by placing on the Supreme Court another justice who will interpret the Constitution as the Founders intended, and not legislate from the bench. THANK you, President Bush! (Justice Alito was sworn in at 12:07 this afternoon as the 110th Supreme Court Justice)
President Bush also released a statement regarding the death of widow of Civil Rights Leader Martin Luther King, Jr, Coretta Scott King and met with TV reporters in the White House to give them a glimpse of his State of the Union, emphasizing his optimism for the future of America. He also continued to work on this speech for tonight.
The economy is strong, we are winning our War on Terror and it is a GOOD DAY in America, and a GREAT time to be a Bush-bot!

The only thing I wished the President would have done is when the losers loudly cheered the fact that they had killed the President's Social Security reform package, and he let them go on and on for several seconds- I wish he would have said, "Well you were WRONG then and I will submit it to you again!"

It's been an eye opener how many communist fellow travellers or committed Marxists have landed on their feet since the fall of the Soviet Union and are still working for their old communist goals against the American way.
My husband tells me we can't remark on that with outsiders because this reality is beyond their ability to comprehend or accept and we'd just look looney.

No, it's a group that they got together for the speech; evidently they are using this same group for a lot of things because he said that the numbers were UP from just last week.
I am looking for the poll on their web site, but can't find it.

Shepard Smith has gotten too big for his britches. He seems to think his coverage of Katrina made him 'all knowing'. I'm tired of him too.....maybe he's trying for a job over at CNN..

Mine too. My description doesn't do it justice--you'll have to see the speech to know how jaw-droppingly callous the dems were when they didn't applaud defending our country. I hope a lot of stomachs were turned tonight.
I just don't know what we're going to do if this country elects one of them in '08.
I honestly don't think that will happen. Like Rush said, we're going to have another Republican president in '08. We just have to make sure it's the right kind of Republican.

He was on the FOX affiliate feed before the speech. I thought I could stand him for a few minutes, but I was wrong.
I'm lovin' the comments from Sean Hannity and Rudy Guilliani -- two of my favorites!
