WELCOME
to the first, RNC officially sanctioned, CYBER GOP House Party for the President's STATE of the UNION speech!

There are 1375 Parties nationwide, and WE are the biggest and the best! Tonight, President Bush, in his STATE of the UNION speech, will discuss America's leadership in the world and share his vision to lead America forward. To seize opportunities here at home, the President will outline the policies needed for the American people to continue to compete in the global economy.

Earlier today, the President sat with Supreme Court nominee, Samuel Alito in the Roosevelt Room at the White House, and watched the Senate confirmation vote as they approved his nomination 58-42, fulfilling one of President Bush's most significant campaign pledges by placing on the Supreme Court another justice who will interpret the Constitution as the Founders intended, and not legislate from the bench. THANK you, President Bush! (Justice Alito was sworn in at 12:07 this afternoon as the 110th Supreme Court Justice)

President Bush also released a statement regarding the death of widow of Civil Rights Leader Martin Luther King, Jr, Coretta Scott King and met with TV reporters in the White House to give them a glimpse of his State of the Union, emphasizing his optimism for the future of America. He also continued to work on this speech for tonight.

The economy is strong, we are winning our War on Terror and it is a GOOD DAY in America, and a GREAT time to be a Bush-bot!

Enjoy your trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose............ let's PARTY!!!!!!!!!

Here are your party favors! Please share..........

Hey Gretchen......wherever you are. I posted quite a few pics from the speech tonight somewhere in the middle of this thread.

You may want to check that out, OR you can just repost all of them tomorrow since people could have missed them.

Good stuff!

Hey, thanks for calling Specter.

I wrote Spectre when he was up for the chairmanship and told him (in more graceful language) not to act like he had to play to the Democrats to ensure his reelection in 6 years, warning him that God might have other plans for him.

Then he came down with cancer.

I've been afraid to get in touch with him again.

I think their hypocrisy and "casting of aspersions" is starting to wear thin......unless they can continue to BRAINWASH enough people they (the Dems) are in big trouble....the internet is making information and TRUTH more available to more people faster!

Hmmm .. I heard Chris' comments about his WH lunch meeting today completely differently. I felt he was praising W .. that he was committed to his mission .. even said he didn't watch polls, that it was for others to figure out ... not political at all. At the end, he said he felt blessed to be there, and wished all Americans had that opportunity.

Wish he could spend a few days in a Chinese prison...

He is a tall guy. Straight, even though he wore his dark blonde hair in a long pony tail. Maybe slightly better than average looking. Very bright. Well educated. I always had the impression he liked to play at being a Communist for the shock value. Like so many limousine Leftists, he was entranced by the romantic illusion of Marx's workers' paradise, while never noticing the ugly truth.

He does look a little like he could be Jeff's older uncle, except I really don't like that one dramatically arched eyebrow.
