He's saying 51% of respondents are Democrats (which probably means it's the usual slanted poll, even for PA), and 29% of the respondents classify themselves as liberal or progressive, so the % of Democrats in PA who the author claims are "liberal or progressive" should be 57%.....

Idiots. 29% divided by 51% is 58%. (.29 / .51 = .58)
But they effed up. The correct math is that you take 29% of 51% that is (.29 x .51) or .1479, hence 14.79%.
No wonder they're Democrats, they're incapable of simple math. This is why the federal budget never adds up when they are in charge.
There will be a SCOTUS version of "Weekend at Bernie's" with both Stevens and Ginzburg until a dem comes back into office.

John Paul Stevens can't stand Bush. If he's really thinking of retiring, his health must be worse than anyone is aware of.
