OUTLINED is the nearest thing I've seen to something that
might get our "conservative" politicians back in line. The frustrating thing is, there seems to be very few even willing to debate/discuss the merits or anything else about it. It's not really all that difficult to understand, but someone has to be willing to spend at least a couple of hours reading to get a feel for it. Maybe THAT'S the problem??? Or maybe it's too scary since it
could actually create some significant changes is a relatively short period of time?
