Does anyone know if Cheney will be on hand today? I don't think he needs to be there. It'll be up to Frist to decide whether or not to call for his presence.

Cheney is only required to cast a tie-breaking vote. All indications are that he won't be needed in this instance, since it won't even be a tie.
