satellites and UAVs killed the Blackbird... The SR-71s capability have never been replaced. Sats and UAVs are not as good in many respects.

The SR-71s capability have never been replaced.That was a hot aircraft. In the daytime its light-absorbing paint made it look like an SR-71-shaped hole in the sky.
