Don't know of any UAVs that travel at that speed, don't know of any sats that maneuver in such short time. Sats are too high to compete with 70K feet up and traveling about 2,700kph. Toon's USAF didn't want to keep funding the fleet which was very costly, but I have never heard anyone publicly state the SR-71 capability has been replaced. Perhaps the full SR-71 capability was no longer needed after URRS went away.
