Sean seems to be giving the impression that the Dems ARE filibustering.
One can spin the rhetoric that way, I suppose. But the Senators and conventional lexicon has been that a failed cloture motion represents a clear mark that equals "filibuster is here."
If and when the cloture vote is held, today at 4:30, and if the AYEs number less than 60 (they won't), THEN there will be agreement by all - the filibuster will be on.
I say "if" on the cloture vote being held, only to admit the possibility that the DEMs will outright cave, and decide they don't want to have a cloture vote - and they agree to vote on the nominee tomorrow morning, as scheduled.
What did Hannity say to give you that impression?
