Well, I left to run some errands in the last hour and just got back myself. Not much new, so far, today. Kerry took the floor again, saying that there has not been enough time for debate.

He spoke towards the end of the dims hour, and when time ran out on him, he asked for 15 mins more. Mitch McConnell was up, and he said, No way, this is OUR TIME.
