Take off one Republican voting for cloture, since Sen. Ensign will not be able to vote. Still, the count as you have it matches what I have and, so, no worries!

C-span has Chafee as a no for cloture.

Pryor is now obstaining now.. which is about as close as a no vote as you can get.. No biggy though, we will have the votes.
