One of the more ridiculous episodes of political theater is about to play itself out on the Senate floor, as the John Kerry-led democrats mount an exercise in political futility which will further expose their total irrelevance..So join us today, or drop in on occasion, for the festivities...
This speech should be made into a movie.

The mining industry comprises most of the west, notably around Butte. Generally for all intents and purposes, at the state level, Montana is cut in half, it's redder on the eastern side and bluer on the western side, which is reflective in the Senate candidates and the lone Representative. Generally in national elections (President) Montana is safely in Republican hands.

To the members of the Congress and my fellow citizens:
People .. this is America!! We're in a war .. we're fighting to keep a nuke or biological attack from our shores .. we have a determined and avowed brutal enemy ... they behead people .. and they believe their god is telling them to do it!@@! We purposely don't want to panic you with reporting every tip, but YOU REPRENTATIVES + SENATORS KNOW that we've been thankfully able to stop serious attacks from happening that could've killed thousands of Americans .. maybe you! These people are so demented, they believe they're earning a ticket to paradise and 72 virgins if they kill Americans -- that's Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, non-voters ... African-Americans, Orientals, Latinos .. Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs. That's their twisted mission! No matter what our religion or political ideology, we're all Americans and we're ALL at deadly serious risk!!!
They're happy when they see division and fighting in our government and read all the negative press. That's a gift to them ..that's playing right into their hand .. perfect for their recruiting and training. They use that as propaganda and fuel to inspire their suicide bombers and terrorists. And, by the same token, how do you think a weary American soldier feels when he gets the news from home? They have to be spirited and confident every hour of every day to take on these savages. You think they're fired up and fearless when they read about all this dissension? God bless those brave souls who have been lost in this epic struggle for our survival... those who DID give all.
Many more brave American forces stand in their place, and they NEED to know that America is behind them 1000%. So, I'm asking you for them and for all Americans, as the Commander in Chief of all the American military forces .. ... please censor yourselves .. think twice about the impact of your words, and put a SAFE America first as you deal with your responsibilities. Pass the Patriot Act so we have the necessary tools to defend ourselves. No one's love of party should come before the love of this precious land of America. I'm not being cavalier when I say that the very lives of all of us and the survival of this country .. America .. may well depend on it.
