I have some very exciting news, my friends! In about two weeks (on February 5), I will be on the air at KRLA 870AM in Los Angeles. The show will air on Sunday nights (into Monday morning) midnight-2am.
I am thrilled and am in the process of planning programming now. So much to talk about. My biggest problem right now is what to talk about on the FIRST show. I'm open to suggestions :)

FWIW, one of the PRIMARY functions of this forum, IMHO, is promoting conservative radio hosts, like Rush, and Sean -- Hugh Hewitt and Dennis Prager -- and now JustAWoman.If you think otherwise, perhaps YOU do not belong on this forum.
Courtesy to newbies -- as long as they are GOOD GUYS, like JustAWoman -- USED TO BE more common around here.

Friends all over the country are asking me to change my registration and voting for her in the primary...this could be a riot and cause Feinstein some pain or rather embarrassment. MANY (if not ALL) conservative radio hosts use FR for "show prep" -- even if they only "lurk" here -- and do not POST as often as the rest of us.

I am waiting for Laura Ingraham to post her 'Iraq' itinerary for her show next week (she leaves for the Middle East this Friday). I wonder how many folks are going to criticize me for 'promoting' Laura's show from Iraq even though she doesn't (that I know of) post here regularly.
Anyway, back to focusing on the positive and the continuously over-flowing glass...

The 'nasties' always have to make their presence known.
I didn't call JustAWoman a 'nasty', but if that's how you want to refer to her as you're making her known, that's okay I guess.
There's too many RINOs with one or two conservative opinions, but socialist or liberal otherwise. She hasn't reveled much depth to her beliefs on FR, that's all.
Congratulations! Are you sure you shouldn't be doing TV, you definitely don't have a "face for radio." :-)
As for the topic, I think the Limbaugh approach is the best way to go---talk about what is in the news that day.
If you take a look at her blog postings you with see that she is a Christian first, conservative second when it comes to politics.
By the way, I take back my comments aimed at you directly since I now know you misunderstood who posted this. I jumped to a conclusion as you might have in your initial reply.

If you can somehow manage to work in stuff like cheese, moose, sister and shower, preferably all in one segment, that would be a good start and about cover the bases from this end. ;-)
Also topics like the origin of beebers and viking kittens should be on the list but ya may want to save that for the second week... some things are requiring of a bit more development before ya spring the concepts on unprepared folks.

I'm sure I stated what others may be thinking - since she's an unknown to me and was being promoted as a freeper. My post was an 'off the cuff' reaction, just like your response to me. Not always pretty, but you got the chance to address what others may be thinking as well.
