I wonder who the Senate dems are thinking of hoisting on their shoulders, or his own petard, to lead them.

How about John (the Yodeler) Kerry? He's expendable.

It's interesting, isn't it, that his collegial Senate chums never voted him the party leader on his own turf. Never recognized his natural appeal as a leader , never showed their support for him as presidential material by electing him to stand up for the party on national issues and while dealing with the Executive Branch.

What horrors await if they would do such a thing!
