I would wager you that Cboldt has a hell of a lot more experience with legal issues than you.

Cboldt is one of FRee Republics experts when it comes to judicial issues.

I'm not impressed with Cboldt's analysis. There have been other lawyers on FR who have given a much more thorough analysis of the issues.
