I think the more impartial recollection is that MS allowed the Schindlers to argue their wishes before a court. He didn't have to do that. He could have removed the tube without the court. He instead left it to the court after hearing the Schindler's plea. IMHO that's more than fair.
Good night - I'm done talking about Terri here. Re-arguing the Terri fight over and over and over again will get us nowhere.
I'm interested in the issues, not just that case.
