I don't know so I wouldn't hazard a guess, but it would not surprise me if there were many.

Not blind, but Ted Kennedy has it trust registered in a small island in Philippines (or somewhere near), that is why he is not bothered about estate tax or death tax as does George Soros, Bill Gates & others who support death tax.

US has no controls over their assets rdeposited in those funds registered there.
