FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Sen. John Thune, R-S.D.; Rep. Mike Pence, R-Ind.; Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean; former Commerce Secretary Don Evans.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn.

LATE EDITION (CNN) : White House counselor Dan Bartlett; Sens. Joseph Biden, D-Del., and Pat Roberts, R-Kan.; former President Carter; former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., could get the Democratic nomination for president in 2008, but she wouldn't win the presidency. - Broken Clock is correct atleast twice, this is one such.
(((Hand waving))))....I posted last night...that the election of Hamas was a GOOD thing..because now they are "the government" , so they are responsible now...
the Palestinians are no longer people without a government, so they can shill for handouts from the US and other countries...
Yeah, well, when a caller to C-Span mentioned that book to Molly Ivins, she dismissed his claims with, "oh, he's just trying to sell a book."
That was particularly insulting and irritating since she's welcomed and annointed all the lib books that come out.
I suspect from the sudden appearance of digs at Hillary in the media that there has been some behind-the-scenes shuffling by old time dems to get her off the stage so that they might have a chance at gaining the WH. That last poll showing the lack of enthusiasm for her candidacy was a ice cold shower for them.
What a circular party: They poll before they act, yet they believe that Americans are too stupid to think independently.
Which is it, dem "strategists"?
I thought I was the only one that watched Newswatch..LOL
I have come closer to throwing something at my TV when Gabler talks..than most of the dems!!
I haven't noticed that ANY of the panelists on that show are very conservative...and most seem to take delight in bashing Bush now and then..
They poll before they act, then they poll after they act to see if they did it right. If the second poll is opposite, they blame Republicans, based on another poll.
Call my crazy...but I wish Chrissy's Sunday show was on here...but it isn't...
So Chrissy and panel have written off Hillary??
And they wonder why they are not making headway.
OIC. I was just wondering because Ellen Ratner said the same thing yesterday on FOX and Friends. They must have been ordered by the DNC what to say
Like ted kennedy, perhaps? That b**ch is hated as much on the left as she is on the right, I'm convinced. The good news is, she's their problem.
Robert Byrd is on a roll - CSPAN rerun of his Senate speech defending Judge Alito's right to an up or down vote.
Maybe DiFi's thumbering her nose at idiot Cindy now?
Dem group think. No wonder they're intellectually bankrupt. In addition to morally.
When Fat Timmy is interviewing a Republican...like he is Frist..I have this mental image of him having a ruler in his hand...and smacking the guest as he asks the questions!!
Yes, I looked for them earlier, but had to go without them.
With almost 400 posts so far suggest we start this next week.
Not all of them did .. David Gregory the suck up defended her
When GWB goes back to Crawford, what in the world will these EV chatterers have to talk about? Theyll be literally beating the bushes for something else to talk about.
""What do you think of Katrina Vandenheuvel's comment that the delay in response to Hurricane Katrina by this administration is even more damaging than the failure to find WMDs in Iraq?""
You are much better than I - -I refuse to listen to that hate-filled witch and her spewing of one lie after another on every subject.
I suppose no one asked Katrina van de evil if she has a CLUE who is supposed to be the 1st responders and where were Nagin, Blanco and the buses? Of course, given her political leanings, she doesn't believe in the city and state having responsibility, she believes in a nanny-state and that the Feds should take care of and be responsible for everything. A 2300-employee Fed agency is supposed to rush in and solve all problems and Bush should have called out the LA Nat'l guard - -if that had happened, the Dims would have been howling. Someone should also ask Katrina why the states w Pubbie Gov's didn't seem to have the issues NOLA. Yes, there were issues w the levees there, but MS lost a whole coast line.
Someone should also ask her ugliness, why evacuees can't be expected to pay for their own propane after all these months, especially since we're supplying them trailers in which to live

BAKER Some hurricane evacuees at the 572-unit trailer park on Groom Road are worried and angry about notices that say they will have to buy their propane after Jan. 31.
About 40 people gathered Friday morning in front of a church across from Renaissance Village, the Federal Emergency Management Agency trailer park established for New Orleanians and others displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
The trailers have electric lights but propane is used for bathing, cooking, refrigeration and heat. The notices indicate that FEMA will no longer pay the cost for the propane.
Some residents about 1,650 are at the trailer park said FEMA is reneging on its agreement.
They promised us that everything would be free for 18 months, said Wilbert Ross, president of the village council.

And,
why Houston should have to put up w Katrina refugees who kill, steal, and assault and why the NOLA police didn't deal with them (oh yes, I forgot, they had a phantom dept).
Houston police arrest eight from New Orleans

A multilevel gang task force in Houston yesterday announced the arrests of eight hurricane refugees from New Orleans -- a group Houston police say is responsible for at least 11 slayings and numerous burglaries and thefts in the metropolitan area since November.
"We're talking about what appears to be a rivalry between two groups of individuals who were associated with two different housing projects in New Orleans," Houston police Capt. M.D. Brown told The Washington Times. "Their rivalry began several years ago -- certainly prior to Katrina -- and carried over to Houston."
He said the arrests came after "weeks of cooperation with Louisiana police and the FBI."
Houston's crime rate spiked noticeably in the final months of 2005, and police officials have attributed much of the increase to lawbreakers who moved to the city after Hurricane Katrina.
