President Putin sent his condolences to the President of Poland on behalf of the Russian people as the first one (among the leaders of foreign countries).

Which is really valuable gesture.

President Kaczynski undrelined this fact during his press conference.

President Putin was also the first to send his condolences to America after the 9/11 attack. Most Americans have never forgotten.
