I think you're confused, Ms. Ferraro ran for VP with Walter Mondale vs. Reagan and Bush in 1984. Dukakis ran with Lloyd Bentsen in 1988 vs. Bush\Quayle.

IMO, Mondale knew he had no chance to win unless he found negatives of Reagan wearing women's underwear. Even then he probably would have lost and he knew it. He had nothing to lose by picking Ferraro. Note: she's a lot smarter (and cuter) than that banshee PIAPS!

Dole/Kemp had no chance vs. Clinton/Gore in '96. Every voter knows that Clinton wore/wears lady's underwear all the time, so such photos would have been as useful to Dole\Kemp as having an Arkansas businesswoman swear under oath that Clinton raped her.

Well, get this. She was up here in Watertown and went out to Ft. Drum to have a "handshake" with some troops that were leaving for Afghanistan.
