I don't understand the hesitancy to acknowledge the enemy...
It's not wise to wait until your throat is slit - to kill the man approaching you with knife in hand....
My deep concern, is that we have already waited too long..
Now - there will be much more blood shed than if we hadn't failed to act under Carter's administration and stumbled badly under Reagan and Clinton...
President Bush is left with the heavy lifting.
Many of our presumed "allies" have shown their fears and weakness.....
