Next week, the EU plans to pass a ban on arachnophobia.
Give it 15 or 20 years and the Moslems will be in charge in Europe, and all the fellows and gals who voted for that one will find themselves under a falling brick wall.
The world is becoming an insane place where you'll be punished for having the "wrong" opinion. Usually the only ones that are truly intolerant are the ones that scream for tolerance.
"Our Supreme Court seems enamored with citing to foreign sources of law,"
Not anymore!
Yea, yea, yea no big deal.
Soon they'll pass a law that says that you can't object to poligamay. So Achmed can have 6 wives and call you a bigot if you protest. Even though he has 30 kids on welfare if you complain you go to jail.
Then Bruce will move in next door with his sheep and have loud sex all night and they'll haul you to jail for complaining.
Finally, the EU will enact Sharia law and then probably everyone left will be killed. Liberals of course won't complain.
I'm not afraid of homosexuality.
I disapprove.
Indeed. And my aversion isn't at the "irrational" level so I figure I'm ok.
I doubt this law will impact any middle eastern state. It will just be hammered over the head of the United States...
What is most saddening is that so few protested. You expect leftist fiends to promote perversion; but where are the good guys? Hiding under their beds with their eyes closed?
Would the British press report it if they did?
Of course, the terribly "tolerant" homosexuals have nothing to say when they play Hitler.
I disapprove.
You are obviously Homocritic!
I don't know what Agape Press is, but they don't seem to be well informed about what's going on in Europe. No, Christians, in the cat's reading, simply ignored the joke that is the European Parliament. Europeans, unlike we here, have learned to ignore empty gestures, which is what this is (or they think it is, anyway.) Not everything is a constitutional issue there as it is here.
It would seem that the homosexual girlymen running the EU would have a lot more important things to do than worry about "homophobia." No wonder the EU is on its last legs.
you have that one right.
Empty suits get worn when the occaision is right...and our supreme court has already issued rulings based in part by European precedents.
Europeans may not as a whole pay much attention to the European parliament...much like the US's first constitution, The Articles Of Confederation didn't give the central government much power. But the forms and precedents have been set for something much more stronger and culturally enslaving to eventually engulf Europe.
European should pay attention to these "non-official" quasi governing bodies. Attention can be like a weapon...when misdirected, the gun is pointed in the wrong direction as the tiger creeps up and bites you in the butt!
How about a rational aversion to faggotry.
