David Grey - "It's not Easy to Be Me (Superman)"
I can't stand to fly
I'm not that naive
I'm just out to find
The better part of me

I'm more than a bird
I'm more than a plane
More than some pretty face
Beside a train
And it's not easy to be me

Wish that I could cry
Fall upon my knees
Find some way to lie
About a home I'll never see

It may sound absurd
But don't be naive
Even heroes have the right to bleed
I may be disturbed
But won't you concede
Even heroes have the right to dream
And it's not easy to be me

Up, up and away
Away from me
Well it's alright
You can all sleep sound tonight
I'm not crazy, or anything

I can't stand to fly
I'm not that naive
Men weren't meant to ride
With clouds between their knees

I'm only a man in a silly red sheet
Digging for kryptonite on this one-way street
I'm only a man in a phony red sheet
Looking for special things inside of me

Inside of me
Inside of me
Yeah, inside of me
Inside of me

I'm only a man in a phony red sheet
I'm only a man looking for a dream
I'm only a man in a phony red sheet
And it's not easy to be me
</p>

LOL! You got Bob Seger. I could think of the song, but the artist wouldn't come. Had to Google. Thanks.

We had a very nice day today, sun and trade winds. But laundry got in the way of a perfect day.

laurenmarlowe,Maybe one last one BOBBY McFERRIN Don't Worry, Be Happy
Here's a little song I wrote
You might want to sing it note for note
Don't worry, be happy.
In every life we have some trouble
But when you worry you make it double
Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy now.

*Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy.

Ain't got no place to lay your head
Somebody came and took your bed
Don't worry, be happy.
The landlord say your rent is late
He may have to litigate
Don't worry, be happy.

*(Look at me -- I'm happy.
Don't worry, be happy.
Here I give you my phone number.
When you worry, call me, I make you happy.
Don't worry, be happy.)

Ain't got no cash, ain't got no style
Ain't got no gal to make you smile
Don't worry, be happy.
'Cause when you worry your face will frown
And that will bring everybody down
Don't worry, be happy.

*(Don't worry, don't worry, don't do it. Be happy.
Put a smile on your face. Don't bring everybody down.
Don't worry. It will soon pass, whatever it is.
Don't worry, be happy. I'm not worried, I'm happy... )

No mooses tonight, but I saw one a couple days ago across the street from work. With deep snow, more come into town than just live here. Easier pickins than up on the hillside or wherever they are up the mountain. BRB....gotta get something to drink.

Try 150 inches of rain yearly.

Old local joke: What follow two days of rain in Hilo?
