For today's Music Dedication we are having a Block Party.
Canteen Mission Statement: Showing support and boosting the morale of our military and our allies military and the family members of the above.
Honoring those who have served before.

How do those bull-riders take the beating, I want to know. Watched some on teevee a few weeks ago and some violent things happened, especially when some dude would fall off and get a boot caught in the stirrup or whatever it is. Ghastly!

So far, it's mighty fine. Got most of my chores done early, went out to shop and enjoy the day.
My new loveseat delivery was delayed so the guy offered to sell me the floor sample for less. Deal.
Is this a great country, or what??!!

Yep...had to work till 9pm but it was an easy day and we had some fun talking to each other.

I remembered you mentioned the other day that the Rodeo was in Odessa a few weeks ago, and I found out today that the PRCA Rodeo circuit actually begins their season every year in Odessa!
Very cool!
They begin in Odessa, then on to Denver, next is us, then to Louisiana, then Houston for the big show there, and many cities after that.
