Go back and read the context of that comment that prompted my first response on the thread . . .

I'm still amazed by those who make the claim that saddam didn't have WMD's, since our military couldn't "find them".

Why is that so amazing? If someone says that X exists somewhere and after three years X has not been found, there's nothing outlandish about the suggestion that maybe it doesn't exist. It certainly is no more outlandish than suggesting that it must obviously have been hidden somewhere else.

It is evident that the subject matter is more complicated than you wish to explore. When you cook a meal you do not put everything on the front burner at the same time. And sometimes you let the dessert be a secret until served.
