Reid was just interviewed (tape) on FoxNews a few minutes ago. He said they didn't have the votes to filibuster and had no plans to push for it. He sounded as if things will continue on to the Tuesday vote and Alito will be confirmed.
Hillary is a bit late in staking out a position, it seems. Kerry (and Kennedy) have been yelling for filibuster. Now, Hillary seems to be sidling up to that position.

Hillary is a bit late in staking out a position, it seems. Kerry (and Kennedy) have been yelling for filibuster. All three of them are just posturing for their extreme left base. Now they can say they did what they could to avert this "travesty".
Just once, I wish one of them would back up their "extreme radical" name calling with some sustantive examples.
