This article makes an important point for people who think the only way Mexicans can come to this country to work is to illegally cross the border. The reason many cross illegally is they don't qualify for a legal work permit, many due to a criminal record.
Since the Mexican government denies that these are Mexican military soldiers and claims that they are drug smugglers "disguised as military" then the Border Patrol should be issued orders to shoot to kill since hey, they are drug smugglers in stolen uniforms, right? The Mexican government can't complain about it since they are "drug smugglers" and the Border Patrol doesn't have to worry about starting an international incident since they aren't really Mexican military, right? Let's put the Mexian government's denials to the test.
